Where customers choose not to provide any information necessary to fulfill a request for a specific product or service, CPTUK may not be able to provide the requested product or service.
How do we use this information and who may we disclose it to?
Unless informed otherwise, personal information held is used for establishing and managing any business relationship and account(s), reviewing ongoing needs, enhancing customer service and products and or giving ongoing information or opportunities that CPTUK believes may be relevant and appropriate.

- Determining the type of browser and settings you are using
- Allowing site owners and third-party advertisers to tailor content to your preferences
Our policy on cookies
CPT Markets UK (CPTUK) respects privacy at all times, and is committed to providing its website users with information and tools needed to properly manage the use of cookie technology.
There are three types of cookie employed on CPTUK’s website:
Essential cookies are necessary for the vital functions of CPTUK’s site and trading platform. If these are disabled, users won’t be able to access the platform or other important parts of the site.
Behavioural/analytical cookies help provide users with a better service. They can tailor site content to personal preferences and past behaviour, or remember saved settings.
Marketing cookies enable users to experience more relevant online content and see adverts which are aligned with their interests, as triggered and indicated by specific activity on CPTUK’s site. This type of cookie helps us understand the way the website is used so CPTUK can develop and provide a better service.
CPTUK also uses the data from such behavioural and analytical cookies to improve its site and provide more individually tailored content. These cookies make it easier for you to find the information and service functionality needed and allow CPTUK to adapt its site to suit user preferences. Some parts of the CPTUK website, particularly connected with the trading platform, require these essential cookies in order to function. If they are disabled users will be unable to use the associated trading platform and also some areas of the CPTUK website will not function correctly. In addition, some of the systems used to track web traffic and site usage are provided by third-party companies such as Google.
